New In-Platform Feedback Submission
We like your brain. You heard us. At Thought Industries, our everyday platform users are everything to us. It is our job to help with your job and we are thankful to have partners willing to take the time to share their feedback and ideas on how we can better support you via our technology. You will now find a "Feedback" CTA within the left-hand navigation that will get your product ideas directly to our team. We will also be using this to communicate back to you if your idea turns into reality or if we have important follow-up questions. Happy Feedbacking!

Help Center Refresh
Our new Help Center puts all of Thought Industries' learning options together in one spot. You can reach our courses, knowledge base, and support tickets all from one location!
CATALOG
Description added to Catalog Calendar View
Attract more learners from your catalog by opting into displaying content descriptions and images on the catalog calendar view. Enabling this setting will place a carrot on each content item that has either an image or description to display in calendar view. Learners can expand the item to see these details.
Enable this setting globally by navigating to Catalog Settings: Settings > Content > Organization & Display > Catalog section.
You also have the option to enable this setting for an individual Catalog widget. If custom settings are enabled in the Catalog widget, toggle "Display description on calendar?" to "Yes" and Save.
Tip
If you enable the global setting, it will not affect catalog widgets that have custom settings turned on. To troubleshoot, check out the specific catalog widget for the page you were hoping to enable this for. If it has custom settings, enable the toggle there as well and make sure to save.
COURSE SETTINGS
Course SKU Character Limit Expanded
You asked for it, you got it - enjoy the expanded SKU character limit now at 36 characters.
The SKU field is available under Content > Actions > Settings > Design & Display > General section for most content items (General section is available on the Catalog settings page for Webinars/VILT and SCORM).
CERTIFICATES
Recertification before a Certificate expires
Do you have learners who need to recertify within the same piece of content before the previous certificate expires? You will now find a new option when setting up recertification actions called "Recertify in Current Session" - select this and ensure your learners are always up to date with their certification.
You can find this option under Certificate Settings for content items. Go to Content > Actions > Settings > Completions & Certifications > Add or Edit the Certificate.
