Options for size of hero image in learning paths
We’ve been keeping close tabs on the input that you’ve been providing in our customer community and we’re releasing today a solution to one of the most upvoted product suggestions. You told us that the default hero image size wasn’t great for learners because it took up too much real estate, so we’ve created new functionality that allows you to change that! 🎉 You can now use the new setting on the learning path hero image widget to select from several size options so that you have more control over what your learners see.

Bongo Peer Review Panorama Segmentation
Bongo course pages have a NEW page-level setting - Enable Panorama Segmentation. This setting is applicable on all Bongo assignment types.
When Disabled (default):
- Current bongo assignment behavior is maintained and peer review is not segmented. A single Bongo assignment is shared across all main site and panorama learners, so all learners will be able to see each others' submissions.
When Enabled:
- Peer review is segmented by panorama. Main site learners will only see submissions from main site learners. Panorama learners will only see submissions from learners within their own client.
Note
To leverage panorama segmentation, Admins should create new Bongo assignments and provision them to panorama. It’s recommended to leave this setting disabled on any pre-existing Bongo assignments that were provisioned to panorama. Enabling it after this release will cause panorama learners to have their progress be reset.

PANORAMA
Panorama Authoring Announcement
There have been numerous enhancements to panorama authoring capabilities over the last year. Panorama authors, with the right permissions, can create nearly all content types available at the main site. There will continue to be some inherent limitations to panorama authoring, for security purposes, but full documentation is now available and outlines the expected behavior supported.
Tip
Read the new Panorama Authoring article here!
Therefore, the panorama authoring feature set is officially moving from Beta to General Availability (GA). There are no enhancements being added with this release, as all functionality is already available. As always, panorama authoring remains behind the Panorama Content Creation flag. Please contact your CSM if you would like to enable this feature set on your instance.
We released the following quality improvements:
- We previously released functionality to allow learner enrollment notification emails to be re-sent upon re-enrollment in content, and we’ve now expanded this functionality to include all types of notifications. Now, when learners re-enroll in a piece of content, they’ll receive all notification emails that the Thought Industries site admin has set up (not only notifications with a trigger based on enrollment). Note that learners will still not receive a notification if they were already sent the same notification for the same course in the past 30 days.
We released the following Accessibility improvements:
- As learners complete a Survey course page, ensure that confirmation messages are read by screen readers so that screen reader users are aware of updates to this content when they occur.
- As learners save changes to their profile page, ensure that confirmation messages are read by screen readers so that screen reader users are aware of updates to this content when they occur.
