Reporting
In Platform Reporting on SSO Logins
Do you use SSO in your site? Today’s release includes an improvement to reporting that will offer you more insight into user engagement. We’ve increased the scope of the data in the Login Details report so it now shows a record of all SSO sign-ins (via SAML, Open ID, or CAS).
You could use this data in a variety of ways to increase site engagement! It can be used as part of a client health score (do you have panoramas where admins are not very engaged?) or to proactively reach out to strategic users who haven’t logged in recently.
To view this report, go to Reporting Hub > Library > Login Details report.
We released the following quality improvements:
- Client Admins with the Granting Access permission are no longer able to directly grant learners access to subscriptions. This change was implemented to align client admin permissions with panorama provisioning capabilities. (Subscriptions cannot be provisioned to a panorama). The Granting Access permission otherwise remains unchanged. There is no change to client admins' ability to grant access to other content, like courses and learning paths, and no change at all to permissions for main site admins.
We released the following Accessibility improvements:
- Ensure that the radio buttons in survey and reflection pages contain the appropriate name, role, and state so that these buttons are accessible to learners navigating by keyboard and screen reader.
October 17th, 2023
We released fixes for the following:
- When setting up a new video based on a copy of an existing video, the original video title is being used in completion criteria.
- When trying to create or edit a Shipping Rate, entering certain Minimum Price, Maximum Price, or Shipping Price values causes processing errors.
- Unable to mark a learner complete via bulk import for an In-Progress Learner.
- Toggle "display past course copmletions" displays duplicate course completion records in learner transcript.
- Campaign notification exclusions based on 'learner earned a certificate' not consistently excluding all learners who have earned a certificate.
- When resuming an in-progress quiz that has 'Disable Navigation During Quiz', the setting to disable navigation is not respected.
- When importing a new session from of a primary event it asks for the webinar ID instead of the Join URL.
- Meeting path related info displaying in Dashboard Progress Widget.

Bulk Import Coupons
Do you heavily leverage our coupon functionality with many different discount scenarios for different customers, learners, or resellers? We’re making it easier for you to manage your coupon functionality. We just released a new feature that allows you to create global a la carte coupons in bulk via API with our Bulk Import Coupons
endpoint. Check out our API documentation and our support article on Global Coupons for more details.
We released the following Accessibility improvements:
- Ensure that the course review component that appears when a content item is complete is navigable for learners navigating by keyboard.
- Ensure that the view options on the catalog widget (list, grid, calendar) have clear states and roles so that they can be navigated by learners making use of screen readers.
- Remove unnecessary aria labels from the expandable elements in List Roll pages so that the page is more easily navigable by learners who are making use of screen readers.
ROLES
Client Admin Permission Change
Our October 25th release will include a ticket that may have a minor effect on your enrollment flows. Please see below for details on this planned change and contact your CSM if you have any questions or concerns.
