• Content that is Free with Registration, but has an Access date in the future, is not enrollable from the catalog.
• Completion dates created using bulk imports don't show on certificates in certain situations.
• Custom roles with permission to create content but without access to all content cannot see event sessions that they create.

Display Issue Date, Time, and Timezone on Certificate

To better support high stakes certifications with strict deadlines, admins can now display the exact time and timezone a certificate is issued. This ensures completion times are accurate and clearly communicated, even for learners in different time zones. This update is especially valuable for organizations where late completion can carry legal or regulatory consequences.

What does this mean for existing certificates, you may be asking? If you would like to update the format to include time and timezone, reach out to support and request to enable the feature flag called "Always Regenerate Certificates". Then, update the format for existing certificates by editing the custom field and selecting a new format option that includes certificate issue time and time zone. Don't forget to save! That's all there is to it! As long as "Always Regenerate Certificates" is enabled, all previously issued certificates that contain the custom field will be updated to reflect the new format.
