Within Panorama, you can provision access to particular content. By default, the Main sublicense (created automatically when the panorama is created) will also be provisioned this content. If any other sublicense needs access to this content, you will provision content at the sublicense level after adding content at the panorama level.
Where do I find this?
Adding Content to a Panorama and Main sublicense:
Panorama > Actions > Edit > Content > Manage Content
OR
Panorama > Actions > Edit > Settings > Access
Adding Content to additional sublicenses:
Panorama > Actions > Edit > Sublicenses > Info icon > Pencil icon to edit
How do I do this?
Adding content to a Panorama and Main sublicense:
- From the homepage, select Panorama.
- Click the Actions drop-down next to the client you want to alter and select Edit.
- From the left menu, select Content and then click Manage Content.
- Either search for individual courses, learning paths, or enter one or more content tags to select which content learners should have access to.
Tip
You can use tags to provision content in bulk including courses, articles, videos, and learning paths.
- Click Save.
Adding content to additional sublicenses:
Note
Any content that you would like to provision to a sublicense (outside of the Main sublicense) should first be provisioned to the Panorama using the steps above. Then follow the steps below to grant access to the sublicense.
- From the homepage, select Panorama.
- Click the Actions drop-down next to the client you want to alter and select Edit.
- From the left menu, select Sublicenses.
- Click the Info icon for the sublicense you'd like to add content to.
- Click the pencil icon to view and edit sublicense information.
- Content fields will mirror what you have provisioned at the panorama level.
For example, if you've provisioned content by tags and have left the other content fields blank at the panorama level, the sublicense will only display the option to add content by tags. Additionally, only the tags provisioned to the panorama will be options to add to the sublicense. - Add the content the sublicense should have access to.
- Click Save.
What else do I need to know?
- Provisioning content via tags allows you to add content in bulk to the account, and also will automatically add or remove content when they are tagged appropriately (i.e., if you create a new course and add the tag that is provisioned to a Panorama account, that course will automatically get added to the Panorama account).
- You can add or remove tags from the Manage Content page at any point and all existing learners' access will be updated automatically.
- You can also configure Catalog Settings on this page, including sort order, sort options, ribbons, and display type. Learners associated with a client will always access their content from the catalog widget on the dashboard so it's important to keep this widget in tact when designing the dashboard.
What does this look like?
Admin View - Panorama level:

Admin View - Sublicense level:
The options in the sublicense reflect what was added at the Panorama level.
Using the screenshot above as a reference:
- Because the Content Tags field has no value at the Panorama level, it will not display as an option in the Sublicense.
- You'll also notice the same 4 courses that are provisioned to the Panorama are options for the Sublicense.
- The same is also true for the Learning Paths field - although I may have other Learning Paths created at the site level, if it is not provisioned to the Panorama, it will not be an option for the Sublicense.
