Below are answers to some common questions that you might have about making updates to your account information, or accessing and managing your content.
Account Management
Q: How do I change my email address?
A: Navigate to the top right of your dashboard, then click on your name to reveal a drop-down menu. Click Account, enter your current password, then enter your new email address. Click Update.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Navigate to the top right of your dashboard, then click on your name to reveal a drop-down menu. Click Account, then Click Here to Change Your Password. Enter your current password, your new password in the New Password field, then confirm your new password by entering it once more in the Confirm New Password field. Click Change Password to complete your password change.
Q: How do I update my credit card information?
A: Navigate to the top right of your dashboard, then click on your name to reveal a drop-down menu. Click Account. Enter your new credit card information and click Update Credit Card.
Q: How do I manage my subscription?
A: Navigate to the top right of your dashboard, then click on your name to reveal a drop-down menu. Click Account. Click on Manage Subscription to manage variations and/or cancel a subscription.
Q: How do I update my shipping address?
A: Navigate to the top right of your dashboard, then click on your name to reveal a drop-down menu. Click Account. Update your shipping address fields, then click Update Shipping Address to save your new information.


Learner Display
Q: I’m receiving a “No Lessons Available” error message when I open my course.
A: When you receive this message, it means course sections have not yet been published for your use. Notify the course author so they can update the publish status as soon as possible.
Q: How do I access downloadable resources in the course?
A: From within the course, click Resources. You will see all resources that are available to you to view and download. Upon choosing the resource category you wish to view, click on the resource item, then click View/Download to access the resource content.


Q: How do I post to discussions?
A: Once inside a course, discussions are located below all content. Click Start a New Discussion, create a thread title, enter your discussion content, and choose if you want to be notified of replies for this thread. You can also choose to upload a file with your comment by clicking Attach File. Click Add Thread to post your comment.

If discussions already exist, click on the one(s) you wish to interact with and enter your comments in the empty field. You are also able to attach files in your reply or be notified of thread activity. Be sure to click Add Comment once you have entered your comment. If your course does not have discussions enabled, you will not be able to post.

Q: I completed a course and now I can no longer see it.
A: When you complete a course, it transitions from your In Progress list to the Completed section of your dashboard. You can still access the course once it has been completed.
Q: I'm having troubles viewing a video.
A: When having problems viewing a video, we recommend doing the following:
- Check your internet connection and reset it, if necessary.
- Clear your internet browser cache.
- Update your browser or try another browser.
