Within your learning site, you'll want to include relevant support and contact information for learners. Customer support contact information will show on your site's support page. This will be the learner’s first level of support when they have questions, before contacting your customer service team.

Settings > Setup > Support/FAQ
How do I do this?
- From your homepage, select Settings.
- From the left menu, select Setup and then Support/FAQ.
- Enter the text that will be displayed on your support pages. Be sure to include a support email address, as well as any additional info desired such as phone number or hours. Note that you can hyperlink text (e.g. "contact us") to a URL for easy access to email support, additional instructions, or help.
- Click Save.
