If you want to provision learners to a client account or sublicense, there are multiple options. This article explains these options for adding learners in Panorama.
Use Case Information
You can add a learner, or multiple learners, in a variety of ways:
- Individual learner invites
- Bulk learner invites
- Redemption or registration codes
- Single sign-on
Inviting a Single Learner
- From your homepage, select Panorama.
- Click the Actions drop-down next to the client you want to alter and select Edit.
- From the left menu, select Users, then Learners to see a list of the learners in the client.
- Click the Gear Icon on the top right, then click Add Learner.
- Enter the learner's first name, last name, and email address, as well as the specific client and sublicense the learner should have access to. You can also add an invite message that will be sent to the learner if you want.
- Be sure to click Invite when you're done.
Inviting Multiple Learners
- From your homepage, select Panorama.
- Click the Actions drop-down next to the client you want to alter and select Edit.
- From the left menu, select Users, then Learners to see a list of the learners in the client.
- Click the Gear Icon on the top right, then click Bulk Import Learners.

- See the article on Importing New Learners in Bulk for more detailed steps.
Warning
When using bulk import inside of a Panorama, it's important to select the Client and Sublicense during the bulk import process to place the learners with the correct access. When you select a Client on this screen, other options for content access will go away.
Using Registration Codes
- From your homepage, select Panorama.
- Click the Actions drop-down next to the client you want to alter and select Edit.
- From the left menu, select Users.
- Select Registration Codes and then Add Registration Codes.
- Complete all applicable fields.
- Be sure to select the client and sublicense the codes should be associated with.
- Codes can be redeemed from the client landing page, e.g.
www.yourcustomdomain.com/clientname
- You can also append the code to the URL, e.g.
www.yourcustomdomain.com/clientname/redemptioncodehere
- Once a code is redeemed, the learner will be automatically associated with the client and sublicense and the user will land on the learner dashboard. Although you will always come back to this page within the Panorama in order to create or track Registration codes, view our article about Managing Registration Codes for more high level details on how they work.
- Be sure to click Save when you're done.
Tip
When viewing the list of registration or redemption codes, hover over the Client listed under Access to see what sublicenses were attached to the code.

Tip
Redemption codes are unique codes available for one redemption, while a single registration code can be used by a number of learners.
Provisioning Access via Single Sign On (SSO)
This solution requires implementation by a technical team. See our article on SSO Product Documentation.
Each learner will receive an invite email branded to the client (if configured in the Panorama's Design). Once they accept the invite and create their account, they will have access to the client and sublicense you specified.
