You can provision learners to any client account or sublicense in a variety of ways, including individual learner invites, bulk learner invites, redemption or registration codes, or by single sign-on.
All learners that belong to a client will have a fully branded experience throughout the invite and/or redemption processes and will only see content that is associated with their client.
Where do I find this?
Panorama > Actions > Edit > Users > Learners
How do I do this?
- From your homepage, select Panorama.
- Click the Actions drop-down next to the client you want to alter and select Edit.
- From the left menu, select Users, then Learners to see a list of the learners in the client.
Inviting a Single Learner
Click Add Learner. Enter the learner's first name, last name and email address, as well as the specific client and/or sublicense the learner should have access to.

Inviting Multiple Learners
Click Bulk Import. Fill out the template and follow the bulk import process to add multiple learners at once. See the article on Importing New Learners in Bulk for more detailed steps.
Warning
When using bulk import inside of a Panorama, it's important to select the Client and Sublicense during the bulk import process to place the learners with the correct access. Because content access is provisioned at the Client/sublicense level vs. the individual learner, other options for content access will go away when you select a Client on this screen.

Using Registration Codes
Go to Registration Codes in the left nav menu and click Add Registration Codes. Complete all applicable fields, and most importantly select the client and sublicense the codes should be associated with.
Codes can be redeemed from the client landing page, e.g. www.yourcustomdomain.com/clientname. You can also append the code to the URL, e.g. www.yourcustomdomain.com/clientname/redemptioncodehere. Once a code is redeemed, the learner will be automatically associated with the client and sublicense and the user will land on the learner dashboard.
Although you will always come back to this page within the Panorama in order to create or track Registration codes, view our article about Managing Registration Codes for more high level details on how they work.
Path: Panorama > Actions > Edit > Users > Registration Codes

Tip
When viewing the list of registration or redemption codes, hover over the Client listed under Access to see what sublicenses were attached to the code.

Using Redemption Codes
Go to Redemption Codes in the left nav menu and click Add Redemption Codes. Select whether you would like to bulk import codes or have them generated.
Although you will always come back to this page within the Panorama in order to create or track Redemption codes, view our article about Managing Redemption Codes for more high level details on how they work.
Path: Panorama > Actions > Edit > Users > Redemption Codes

Tip
Redemption codes are unique codes available for one redemption, while a single registration code can be used by a number of learners.
Provisioning Access via Single Sign On (SSO)
See our Provisioning Access Through SSO article. This solution requires implementation by a technical team.
Each learner will receive an invite email branded to the client (if configured in the panorama's Design), and once they accept the invite and create their account, they will have access to the client and sublicense you specified.
What else do I need to know?
- If you have proper permissions, you can change a learner's client and/or sublicenses by clicking Users > Learners and then Manage next to a learner to view their profile.
