Reporting is available at the client level and includes reports on overall client engagement as well as content and learner based records. You can report on how much time learners are spending in the content, what a learner's content status is, how many content completions there are each month, and many other insights.
Note
Filtering by sublicense is available, but only operational when there is an active sublicense with segmented dashboard (a.k.a. license separation) enabled. If segmented dashboards are not enabled, only the active user count will populate based on filtered sublicense.
License Separation is behind a feature flag.

How do I do this?
To run and view reports in the Client:

- From your dashboard, select Panorama.
- Click the Actions drop-down next to the client you want to see reporting for and select Edit.
- From the left menu on the client page, select Reporting.
- Within the Reporting tab, you will see 4 available reports in the left menu.
- Onboarding Responses
- Reporting on individual user responses to an Onboarding Survey set at the client level. Includes Email, Submission Time, and Survey Questions/Responses.

- Client Engagement
- Learner Content Status: Pie chart with percentage breakdowns of learner statuses
- Visits per Day: Line chart of visits per day - shows previous 7 days.
- Blocks with one data visualization: # Learners, Total Content Starts, Total Content Completions, Total Time Spent, Total Visits, Total Page & Content Views, Average Time per Visit
- Most Active and Least Action Content: Shows top and bottom 5 content items based on Total Views
- Top Learners: Shows top 10 learners based on Total Views
- Learner Usage Overview: One row per learner with data on content starts, content completions, last active date, completed assignments, and # of quiz attempts
- Learner Usage Details: One row per learner and content item; displaying current content status
- Content Usage
- Content Views by Date: Line Chart that shows content views by month throughout the life of the panorama
- Count of Total Content Views
- Count of Total Content Completions
- Overview: Views and Completions by Content Type
- Content Usage Totals by Month: Views and Completions by month
- Content Usage Details: Views and Completions by content item
- Learner Usage
- Learner Visits by Date: Line Chart that shows learner visits by month throughout the life of the panorama

- Onboarding Responses
- For admin, there are two options to download report data:
- Option 1: Download Dashboard data.
This means if the report has more than one data tile, you will get results from all tiles.
Click the gear icon in the top right. From this menu, you can choose to download the dashboard as a CSV or PDF. - Option 2: Download results from an individual data tile.
This option has more format options as well as an option to download all results if needed.
See the section below, "To download results from an individual data tile:", for instructions on how to accomplish this.
- Option 1: Download Dashboard data.
To download results from an individual data tile:
- Hover over the top right corner of the tile.
- Click the three vertical dots to reveal the menu.
- Click Download Data.
- Choose your format and options.
Tip
If the results are greater than 500 rows, you can choose "All Results" under Limit to go beyond that default row limit.
- Click Download.

Course-specific reporting can also be accessed for a Panorama account from the course list inside of the Panorama.
