With this exciting update, admins can set up a recurrence rule to generate multiple meetings within a series, simplifying session management. Best of all, the experience remains seamless and consistent for both admins and learners, whether you're using regular ILTs or recurring ones.

WAIT, that’s not all! Learners will love this. With this release, learners will be able to download all meetings in a series to their calendar with just ONE click. Talk about convenience!

Now that we've added Webinar Links to ILTs for your hybrid events, we understand the importance of implementing security measures to prevent non-enrolled learners from accessing webinars they shouldn't.

We're thrilled to announce new capabilities for managing ILTs through our GraphQL API:

• Create Recurring ILT Meeting Series: Admins can now easily create a recurring ILT meeting series or update an existing one using the new recurrence argument in the CreateInPersonEvent and UpdateInPersonEvent GraphQL mutations. Say goodbye to repetitive tasks and hello to efficient ILT scheduling!
• Add/Edit Webinar Links: Optionally add or update a joinUrl field to include a webinar link for any ILT meeting. This added flexibility ensures learners have quick access to virtual sessions. The joinUrl field is accessible on the Meeting and MeetingFields objects used in the CreateInPersonEvent and UpdateInPersonEvent mutations.
