This article explains how to add and customize the Contact Blocks widget to your instance on Standard Layouts and Custom Pages.

Give your learners an efficient option to reach out for questions or assistance. You can add a Mail To Link for direct assistance, or lead users to a Support page instead.
Add and Customize Contact Blocks on Standard Layouts
Adding and customizing Contact Blocks is very similar on Layouts and Pages. This section explains the process for Standard Layouts.
- From your homepage, select Site > Site Builder.
- In the left menu, select Layouts.
- Choose from the provided default page layouts.
- Select Actions and then Edit from the dropdown.
- There are several options to customize for each Contact Block:
- Contact Image
- Contact Description
- Contact Name
- Subtitle
- CTA Button Text
- CTA Action
- Mail To Link
- Contact Email
- Other URL
- URL
- Mail To Link
- Background Color
- Text Color
- Once a Contact Block is filled out, click Save.
- After saving, edit the settings for the widget by clicking the Pencil Icon at the top left of the widget.

- Locate the page that you want to alter, and click Actions, then Design.

- Contact Image
