Use Case Information
From these reports, we aim to deliver the following:

- Evaluate which questions are serving you well and which are not.
- Gain clarity around where your learners are understanding your content well.
- Capture workbook responses.
Reporting Hub Library Assessment Reports
The Assessment Results Overview report will display a timestamped log of all assessment attempts, as well as, individual question responses. If you are utilizing Likert Questions in any of your assessments, questions and answers will populate in the Likert Results Overview report.
Note
If the Likert question types you have set up in assessments have more than one row, the Assessment Results Overview report will not display Likert Question types because the report structure cannot support it. The Likert Results Overview report will have all rows and answers available.
Generating a Assessment Results Overview Report:
- From your homepage, select Reporting Hub, then Library.
- Under the Learner Actions section, select Assessment Results Overview. The Assessment Results Overview report is a dashboard containing two data tiles: Assessment Attempts and Questions.
