Thought Industries believes in removing barriers to learning wherever possible. This includes providing you and your customers with an inclusive platform that drives engagement regardless of ability, impairment, or need for assistive technologies. To empower your team, we invest in maintaining our platform to global accessibility standards.
Our learner interface is currently WCAG 2.0 AA and Section 508 compliant and maintains the guidelines listed below. However, because accessibility standards are a central part of our product development process, we are continuously identifying ways to improve, including activities to ensure we conform to ever higher standards. We have officially partnered with a major ADA consulting firm that completed an accessibility audit of our learner interface in Nov 2022 - Jan 2023. We are actively reviewing and remediating our interface based on these audit results and will announce new changes as we progress toward WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
We are committed to a continued investment in this area to ensure ongoing compliance with accessibility standards. We value transparency and will continue to provide regular updates on improvements to accessibility on our weekly release notes as we progress toward the 2.1 AA standard.
