Use Case Information
Panorama License Separation allows learners to exist across multiple Panorama sublicenses. Learners can select which sublicense to view at the point of login and from within their learner interface. The learner will be able to see unique branding of each sublicense, as well as the content that has been provisioned to a specific sublicense.
Warning
This feature is not intended for clients with hundreds of sublicenses, as the learner experience is based on a simple dropdown select box. The maximum recommended is about 10 dashboards per client since this is the intent of this feature.

Learners must be assigned to each sublicense you wish for them to have access to. If they aren't, they will not be able to select the sublicense when using Panorama License Separation. Read more about provisioning access for Panorama clients here.
Upon login, if a default sublicense does not exist, or multiple sublicenses are selected as default, the learner will be prompted to select a sublicense to enter. Learners can then switch between sublicense dashboards.

Note
Content in the learners dashboard is filtered per the sublicense, however if Third Party Certificates is enabled in the instance and being used by the learner, any uploaded certificates will show in all sublicense dashboards.
Reporting
Depending on the report you view, you may need to filter by sublicense in order to see the content you wish to report on. For example, if you wish to report on Sublicense A, you may need to filter by Sublicense A to see the reporting that is specific to the content that is contained in Sublicense A.
